HASVC is a part funded out-reach provision. Lead by CC Hackney and Interlinkx CiC, HASVC is possible because of additional support from Lee Valley VeloPark, and Freesport (Mayor of London). It's all about on going access to track cycling and structured, quality coaching for more young people in the area who would otherwise not have this opportunity.
